Property Manager Full Time

Our client, a busy independent estate agency with offices both in the UK and internationally, is looking for a full-time and experienced individual to join their team in expanding in Manchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience as a Property Manager to join an excellent, independently owned company with great support and earnings.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday (No weekends)

As a Property Manager, you will be offered:

• Up to £32,000

Requirements for the role of Property Manager:

• Previous Property Management experience is essential for this position
• Highly organised and a positive work ethic
• Ability to work well under pressure and problem-solve
• A great attitude and ability to deliver a high quality of work
• Be able to work well as part of a team and individually

The responsibilities of the role as a Property Manager:

• Managing a Portfolio of Properties
• Instructing contractors, scheduling appointments, liaising with tenants/suppliers, and following up on outstanding works.
• Organising Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Reports, and EPCs through certified contractors.
• Handling general queries, resolving maintenance issues, and maintaining ongoing relationships.
• Visiting properties and conducting routine inspections.
• Check ins and Check-outs
