We are working on an exclusive basis with a forward-thinking and growing business based in West Kent, who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager.
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will play a key role in managing the financial operations of the business and supporting financial decision-making across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and statutory financial reporting
Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to robust financial procedures and controls
Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insight and support
Manage and process monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with PAYE legislation
Support in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial KPIs
Liaise with external auditors and manage year-end reporting
Monitor working capital and manage supplier and customer relationships
Take part in regular finance reviews with the commercial team and senior management
About You
Fully qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of current accounting standards, statutory reporting, and payroll processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership potential, with the ability to coach and support team members
Commercially aware and able to contribute to cost-saving initiatives
