Looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves bringing fresh ideas to life, and knows how to deliver high-impact campaigns that excite, engage, and convert.
What you’ll be doing
Own and execute multi-channel digital campaigns across Paid & Organic Social, Email, PPC, SEO, SMS, and Display.
Take hands-on control of Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, optimising for growth and ROAS.
Manage and maximise the digital marketing budget to deliver results.
Plan and run their digital campaign calendar, including exciting new product launches.
Create and curate engaging content for social, email, and web to grow their community.
Collaborate on brand activations and find new ways to connect with beauty lovers.
(Nice to have) Experience Amazon and TikTok Shop campaigns or manage agency partners.
Ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across every channel.
Lead and mentor a Social Media Executive, empowering them to grow.
Partner with internal teams (sales, design) and external influencers/agencies to amplify results.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta & TikTok Ads Manager, and deliver actionable insights.
What we’re looking for
5+ years’ experience in digital marketing/brand management (ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods).
Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email platforms (Klaviyo a plus).
Knowledge of TikTok Shop and Amazon Seller Central an advantage
Strong commercial mindset with proven success managing budgets.
A creative yet analytical thinker, comfortable with both strategy and execution.
Leadership skills to mentor and grow a small team.
A genuine passion for beauty & fragrance – you live and breathe it.
