Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
Providing excellent customer service across multiple channels, including telephone, email, and live chat.
Responding to customer enquiries promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
Identifying customer needs and resolving issues with confidence and empathy.
Developing a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and guidance.
Maintaining clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to share knowledge, improve processes, and deliver exceptional service standards.
Ensuring customer interactions are recorded accurately and in line with company procedures.
About You
We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate:
Previous customer service experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering a positive experience.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to make informed decisions.
Good organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.
Competent IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
